This rower glides easily, has a wide comfortable seat, and fits nicely in my workout area. Very sturdy and easy to use. Display is simple to determine calories burned, distance completed, etc. I'm older and dislike too many computer gadgets and complicated systems. This rower is easily operated and you can adjust the resistance by the turn of a knob. Love this rower. Glad I did my research and decided on this one.
