I was able to train some back and arms with this pull up bar.
The floor workouts are actually pretty intense, you can do some dips and push up variations.
Bar quality is also great I am a little on the heavy side and it held itself pretty well.

Installation and set-up was simple, just a couple screws and hang it in the door frame. I purposely put mine between my kitchen and living room so that I have to do chin-ups anytime I cross the threshold. I've definitely improved since purchasing the iron gym pull-up bar.
